Chocolate Plastique "seaweed"
Thai Rice Pudding ( lemongrass and coconut) "Sushi Rice"
Straberry, Mango, Peach, and Lychee rolled in the center
On top:
Kirsh soaked Wolf Berries
and Mint Caviar
and a mint leaf
Sauces:
Pistachio Wasabi Sauce and
Balsamic Carmel sauce
Top Right?
Candied Ginger
Graham Cracker Chopsticks

its n ot real caviar, its made with a certain type of i believe calcium power mixed with a juice/syrup/ ect and drops are put into another mixture to give it that shaoe and color, its a very interesting thing to see, we've done it for quite a few flavors
